Hello
My back box falls off every year, not falling to the ground but the rubber can't hold it after a while.

2 years ago, I've putted 2 rubber mounts instead of 1 and it got tear off too.
then someone added me one more piece of iron to give support, instead of 2 but still it's not holding it good after a while.

The rubber looks ok though but it would tear off in a couple of months.

What's the solution?
should I put 2 rubbers instead of 1?
maybe switch to polyurethane mounts? won't it be too hard on the exhaust system?

I think there's probably an issue there with the fit of the exhaust or the hanger part of the exhaust. Some work with a blowtorch and spanners might get stuff aligned better.

Polyurethane will outlast rubber. One way to avoid pull through is drill a 3mm hole through the bar, use a bug washer and an R clip to locate the exhaust support in the rubber.

the holes on the rubber looks too big so it moves alot right?
isn't that kind of powerflex good?

or I would feel every exhaust movement in the car since the rubber isn't soft?

that one looks a bit similar to the original one except the holes are in the same height.

Installed the upgraded exhaust mounts yesterday,
finally it won't be falling apart every 3 months.
