All you wonderful people, we now have our Stanford info, so set a date for Sunday June 28th to join us for our years biggest event. There are plans for some additional attractions at this centrally located stately home including amusements for the younger visitor and the opportunity to enjoy a weekend break in the Hall’s newly available accommodation.
However...
This year is a very special year, as it was exactly 10 years ago to the month that the FIAT Forum attended our first official event, which was of course, Stanford Hall!
Not so many of us there then - but look at how it's become now!
So because of this, the events team are busy getting their heads down trying to work out how we can make it a bit more special (I'm 90% certain pointy hats will be involved!)
If anyone has any anniversary ideas of their own, you're also welcome to let us know and if it seems doable and fun, it might work its way in!

Where? Stanford Hall
How much? £10 per adult, free for children under 16
Centrally located and with easy motorway access, Stanford Hall provides a lovely backdrop flanked by acres of well trimmed grass.
As usual the special lawned area in front of the Hall has been set aside for the concours display that will once again feature the National Fiat and Abarth Concours, Lancias and other selected special cars.
We also are happy to announce that our friends at MultiECUScan have provided us with their latest MultiECUScan Multiplexed system, so we'll be offering a basic diagnosis service over at our new Dr. FIAT table
So if you''ve had any strange lights popping up on your dash, or your'e getting error codes when you start up, be sure to book in and we'll give it the once over
Want to be on the stand?
We welcome ALL members and cars on our stand - doesn't matter if your car is standard or modded, old or new. If you want to be with us, all you need to do is:
- Click the "Add Me" button in the attendees section at the top.
- Fill in your details in the "Event Registration" section of the User CP
- Meet us at Tesco on the day and we'll convoy in
PLEASE REMEMBER TO DO THIS - we need this for 2 reasons - 1) So we know who turned up and 2) So we can contact you throughout the day for whatever reason.

Refreshments?
Yes! From 8:30 until 10:00, we'll have the BBQ fired up making sausage baps - with free tea, coffee, soda and biscuits available in the marquee all morning. We welcome you all to come in and have a cuppa and a good old chin wag with our friendly members
Then at around 13:00 - the BBQ will be re-started, where again, free food will be on offer (along with a load more tea and soda if you need it!)
So what about timings and our placement?
08:00 - Meet at Tesco in Rugby (see below)
08:20 - Set off for Stanford Hall

10:30 - Concourse cars in position
13:00 - Group photo followed by Lunch
14:30 - Air Display

Getting On Site
We will be doing the usual convoy in to the event, just so it's easier and people don't get lost. Of course, if you turn up later, you can make your way onto the stand - but it's preferred to get everyone in at once.
Therefore, please be at the Rugby Tesco at around 08:00am - so we can all gather together, then leave around 08:20am.

Once we get through the main gate (where you'll need to pay, so have your cash ready) - we go up the main path and head off to the left to our normal location - as seen below
Watch out for FF Events team in Yellow Jackets as they will be guiding you to your parking spaces.

The marquee is a huge beast and we could really do with some help putting it up, which is always done the day before. Probably around 3/4pm.
