Auto Play Media Player

Any one managed to stop B&me media player from starting up when ignition is switched on with a memory stick in the USB port ? I have a sporting tjet and have used the autoplayoff option set with no memory stcik in the usb socket and altered the tracks on the memory stick and plugged it in again ( as per the b&me manual ) and still it starts automatically. Is there a way of stopping this?

before u turn the car off say stop media. If u dont it will start up from where it left off. Usefull if your listening though.

I'll try that tonight as I have the same problem. I read in the manual that if you switched the radio off before turning off the engine it would remember that setting and not turn on automatically when you next used the car. That doesn't work for me so I will be saying "stop media" in my most authoritive voice tonight.
