Anyone with Orange BB/ dialup?

My dad's having problems with his broadband and would like the dialup number for them to use in the interim. I can't get into that bit without being logged in as a member, can't find it easily on google and am wondering if someone else who is with them might know or have access to the site please?

Cheers Custard - I have given him a similar number I keep for emergencies (F2S) but he wants the orange one :bang: Think I will tuck that one away for future emergency use though, thanks

that doesnt suprise me tbh- voted worst ISP in the UK, and their dissatisfied members have their own site (orangeproblems.co.uk). change ISPs before things really balls up

good clicky clicky that for emergency dial up.

I am on Orange, [up to] 8mb with a Livebox. They are a useless company, with useless customer/tech support, I was with them since they used to be Freeserve [they were quite good then imo], then Wanadoo, now Orange

If it was easy to get a mac code off them and with no downtime between providers, we would leave orange in a shot.

Dad's had no BB since and is moving ISP (to Sky hmmmm). Good luck to all other Orange customers who've shared their experiences

get onto the ISPA... he should be entitled to refund for the time hes had no service or unsatisfactory service. I did that and they gave me £60 back
