Anybody done a reg transfer/retention recently?

Sent my application for retention off last week, auto attendant says 2-10 days completion time for new tax and v5.

Has anybody recently done similar? Last time I transferred reg it was done within 5 days! But now the dvla is 98% done at Swansea I do wonder on their estimate time frame....
