IIRC Comps can be made to order so order them as 4x98mm PCD and an offset of whatever you like

Off the shelf, I think, in 98pcd, 35mm offset, 58 centre bore, 6J, 14". But Compo seem to be pretty accomodating if you're prepared to wait.

On the Sei thing, wider wheels do seem harder to fit on a Sei than a Cinq, but those ones, no problem.
