Hi peeps,

I have no clue to wheel and tyre sizes  but was thinking of buying some multi-spoke alloys for my punto mk2.

I was thinking of 17" but not sure if these will fit or what tyre size would be best.

What sizes would fit comfortably on me punto? Any info appreciated.

Thanks

mk1's are 'right' with 14"x185/195 rubber

Mk2's seem to be very right on 15"x195/205 rubber, if you go 17" you will need like 35-54profile rubber and no wider than 195 else you are gonna catch your archs.

I think multi spokes would look pretty good on your car (y) Alessio and TSW do some nice ones.

205/40 R17 tyres will be ok as long as you get the right offset and dont have a car full every time you drive! And if you do go with 17" lowering is a must.

Although 205/40 17s fit, the best tyre size for a 17" alloy is 195/40.

If your just wanting looks then go for 17s, but the best size for handling is 15s with 195/45 rubber.
