I was looking for a set of pedals that will go on the Selespeed with no problems.

I know Fiat do some as I found in a previous post, but i don't really like them, they look a bit cheap to me.

Is it OK to get aftermarket pedals for the Stilo, as I see on other Fiats there can be problems fitting them ?

I also want to get a new footrest, is this also going to be a problem fitting it ?

I have found some Momo ones that i like and i've PM'd the guy about them but I never seem to get replies on ebay so i'm not holding much hope for one.

IF i can get some pedals, how easy are they to fit and exactly what needs to be done ?
Do I need to remove the rubber?plastic thing thats on them now ?

Cheers for any help guys (y)

I have fitted the fiat alloy pedals to my manual dynamic. You just pull the rubber sleeves off the pedals and drill the self tapping screws through the plate which remains. It was really quick and easy.

You need to be careful choosing aftermarket ones due to the way that the base plate of the pedal curves, making them hard to get sitting level. You also need to make sure that they are road legal, the usual criteria seems to be that they must have rubber grips on them, so make sure that you check any item descriptions.

Hope this helps.

Thanx Guys, thats excellent...

So the aftermarket ones are gonna be a pain ...

Thats a great link link there Santa, i will order those if i can work out how to get them to the UK..

I don't know how good your german is ;) , but i can help you a little.
I haven't ordered anything from them (yet), but i have gone through some of the ordering process:

1. Press "bestellen" - that means "order".
2. Then you are taken to "Dein persönlicher Warenkorb", that's your shopping basket. When you have ordered all you need to order, you just press "bestellen" from "Dein persönlicher Warenkorb".
3. On the next page you select "vorkasse" in the first box.
In the next box you select "EU - Ausland", that's because you're in another EU country than Germany. Then press weiter.
4. Here you type in your name and address.
Vorname = First name.
Nachname = Surname.
Strasse = Street
PLZ = I think this is you postal code :eek:
Ort = And this i believe is you town (or city)
Land, telefon and e-mail = i think you can guess these three ;)
Press "weiter" when you're finished.

This is as far as i have gone. How you pay i don't know, but i suspect you can use a credit card.

You can always use www.freetranslation.com or similar if you can't understand the german. Or you can ask for help (i'm not that good at speaking german, but some of the words are quite similar to danish).

The best would be if there is one from germany on the forum who could help.

Under #4 you choose country (land), there you can choose Grossbritanien (Great Britain) so i would think they send to england. (y)

But when you get a reply, please post what the answer is. If they send to England they also send to Denmark. I'm going to order something myself, when i get my new car (but that could be a long time :( ).

Please let us know how their service is and how long you had you wait for the goods (when you get them). :)
Well i just went through the ordering proccess and got to the next page which said this after translation

"Thank you very much for your order. We received your order. You receive in few minutes an order confirmation, as well as within the next 24 hours a calculation per e-mail, in which the total price is itemized including shipping charges. "

When am i suposed to pay for the goods ?
I have not been through any payment proccess ?

Don't know. :confused:
Haven't gone that far in the ordering process myself.
Perhaps you pay when you get the goods?
Maybe... There was something about UPS in the ordering proccess but it seems unlikely that they would send something all the way to the UK and only get the money for it when the goods arrive... I could be a con man for all they know.
