Aldi and lidl

£47 sounds ok so aldi are cheaper but the plating on them might be scrimped
i would be supplementing with individual ones too though as often these boxed set spanners have the wrong angle on them when you need to give it some
i like britool ones

The Halfords set looks good.
Picked up a set form Aldi earlier, looks identical box and selection, but not as shiny. Great price and set for serious DIY, may look scruffy quickly if used professionally, but still a bargain.

nice little tool kit soon in lidl, i know a few people who have had these and not heard no complaints yet.

I really want that welder! Just for yaknow, if I ever have to weld anything in my future life

If you aren't planning on welding bodywork an arc welder is a useful tool, my wife bought me one when I had my Panda and complained about it needing welding. I struggled with my attempts at bodywork but it's paid for itself many times over when used to weld nuts onto broken bolts, allowing me to remove them and bodging together tools out of scrap.
