General Advice please. fiat 500 105bhp engine noise

If it was the ac loading say, wouldn't you hear the pronounced click on take up and the cooling fan running, non of which is present in the video? Even sitting in my car with the sound through the speakers it's hard to say couldbeas simple as a heat shield

Hi all, the noise was becoming a lot more frequent so I removed the wheel and checked the alternator belt and applied lubricant but that didn't fix it. So I took it to a garage (the noise was more consistent so easier to show them now). It took them a little while to diagnose, they ended up using a metal rod to listen on the end of it. It turns out it was a bearing in the water pump. It has now been replaced and had no further noise issues. Thank you everyone that replied.

We dont see twinairs needing mechanical parts that often on here

Only 26k so low mileage really, but I haven't had the noise since the repair (just over a week) so seems it was the water pump.
