Just bought a 2013 Panda 4x4. The dashboard temperature says ‘—-‘, so after pulling the passenger mirror apart, found there was no external temperature sensor there. I assume if the dash displays ‘—-‘, it originally did have a sensor in the passenger mirror? Perhaps changed by previous owner? Have already bought nipple sensor with 2 wires.
From the mirror to nearest connector inside car there are 5 wires. Yellow, white and grey for mirror motor movement and 2 brown wires for heated element. No other wires.
From the connector, back in to the car, there are 7 wires. Grey, purple/black, black, grey/white, brown/black, purple/green and yellow/grey.
Anyone know what 2 wires, out of the 7, I could splice in to, to get the temperature sensor working?
Any other advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
