Hi
I realise this is something that has been reported here before...
HOWEVER; my lights come on after driving for a good while. In the Summer it comes on mostly after driving for about 40 mins - 60 mins in the morning. Once they come on they stay on and do not go off until the car has sufficiently cooled down over night. The cycle then starts again.
IN THE WINTER THE LIGHTS DO NOT COME ON AT ALL!
So I suppose this not a totally faulty ABS unit? Could something be overheating that's causing this?
I've taken it to a local garage once and they did not know what it was. I'm taking it to another garage and would like to tell the mechanic where he should be checking. Im not going to a Fiat garage at this time because it'll likely be very expensive to fix it there!
The annoying thing is that my MOT (car exam/testing) is in August! I suppose if there really was something wrong with the ABS it would NOT turn off, right?
Thanks
