Technical 4x4 Twin Air Coolant Boiling Over

Thanks for all the guidance and advice. I’ve had chance to investigate further this afternoon. I dried around the expansion tank and then took the car for a run to get it up to temperature. No hide amount of exhaust smoke or sweet smell and performance appears normal. On my return I noticed more leakage, mainly on the cast engine mount under the tank. In closer inspection it didn’t look like it was coming from the cap. Poking around I realised there was some leakage around the hose marked with the arrow. It didn’t appear split, so I repositioned the hose clip and it appears to have solved it 🤞.
Regarding the fan, it hasn’t kicked in, although water temp isn’t showing as too high (assuming the thermostat isn’t shot). How early should the fan kick in? I have MultiECUScan and it hasn’t shown any fan/thermostat errors…
Thanks again for all the help!

Good news 🙂

Run the fans via MES actuators 😉
