2016 fog light bulb replacement

2016 anyone know if the center of the bottom grill is removable to avoid taking the bumper of to change fog light bulbs , i had the fog light covers off yesterday but still couldnt get to the bulbs this way any help appreciated

No u dont foned fiat yes bumper off £40 for an hours labour

Fog light surround off 2 screws at top out

If that that's the cheapest rate I've ever heard of from them
