Technical 2014 x250 2.3 glow plugs Dpf regen?

Hi.

I have tested the glow plugs from the relay and the plug with the yellow wire is open circuit. The fault is intermittent which may suggest the yellow wire or connector at the plug. Is it front end of job to gain access and test?

My main question is would this stop a Dpf regen? No EML light on.

I don't thit it does on on fiat engines certainly do t think it will without a EML light or anything on
