Technical 2013 abarth 695 gear issue

hello evry one glad to be here
need some information regarding the gear of the 695 robotic 2013 (1.4 L17 ABARTH C. MASERATI GS.5M-I/CE)
i have cracking in reverse mode, we know for sure its inside problem
its a robotic version and im trying to find a replacment gear, what other abarth robotic can fit in ?
other option is to fix it after we will open it and see what parts need to be replaced so if can some one advise for online shop that can sell the parts

Reverse is never synchronized, so might creak. Clutch recalibration (MES or Examiner) might be a solution.

it sound very hard knocks you feel it in all the car
its seems inside issue not clutch

the knock is only when driving reverse' when i push the R its goes smooth to reverse but when start move it knocks

Have you had the car off the ground and inspected the suspension and other drive components.

You need to rule out everything else before assuming issues with the gearbox.
