I have strong smell of fumes inside my 2009 Fiat 500. Getting it looked at next week but any ideas what it might be.

Two thoughts
Either "breather Hose" the thin one often fails, cheap to replace goes from the engine to the air box or the thick one top of rocker box to airbox
Failed flexi exhaust section

Also, there are 2 pipes above the tank. I had to replace these as they rubbed on each other and wore away. I could smell fuel in the car and eventually I noticed it was dripping fuel when parked.
