I'm looking for a garage in or around South London (I'm based in Bromley) to change the cambelt on my Bravo JTD. Tried everyone's favourite powerfiat but they don't do JTDs. Any recommendations and indicative costs.

AM Motors in Herne Hill, just up the road! Little independent guy but he's been doing my cars for years and i can't fault him. I don't have the receipts at the mo' (at work) but cambelt on my hlx was about £175 ish i think.
020 7733 3596 call him up and he'll quote you.

Fuiat should only charge arounf £180 mark for belt and tensioner!

I'd always advise getting a genuine Fiat belt!!

Just call around bud, JTD's aren't that hard to change the belts on :)

I only ever used "gates" belts on my last 6 vehicles one i drove over 70,000 no problems and the belt was still looking good under mechanics inspection just an advisory change, that was on a uno turbo!!

ive just put a gates belt an tensioner on the hgt seems ok but not done some milage init yet

my aux belt is a gates :)
