Can you guys please contact me that has got queries about trader stands please. I have been contacted by the organiser and will like to speak to you about your stand :)

OP Edited, New price for trader stands is £50 :)

Just 2 weeks to go until this event and plans are under way.

If it's anything like last year this will be a great show with plenty to see and do for everyone. We'll have the FS gazebo and bbq so make sure you drop by and check out the whiteboard to see when things will be kicking off. There will be sausages and burgers provided but feel free to take along anything you want to go on the bbq. It may be an idea to take along snacks as we'll be on site from 9:30 am and bbq won't start until lunch time. There will be stalls selling sweets, burgers, chips etc that you would normally see at a huge event like this though.

There will be FS stickers, pens and other merch for sale in the gazebo with all proceeds going towards the upkeep of the site. There'll also be the chance to check out the FS clothing range including an FS beanie

Looking forward to seeing you all

There's a 99% chance I'll be working an early the day before, as I spoke to Gillian (Personell Manager) & she's put a note on that week's Rota saying that I need to be early on the Saturday.

I'll check the route to Eglinton out after I finish work that day, to see if there's any road closures, fingers crossed there won't be..

Good stuff. Not sure if I'll be about on the Saturday night as a friend from up here is going to be down in Ayrshire that weekend to pick up her new car. As we've been spectacularly crap at synching calenders to meet up lately we're attempting to go out for dinner on the 12th. Mind you, she's out of the country until the 7th so this may change [attachment=1:2u0g3jdo]rolleyes.gif[/attachment:2u0g3jdo] Martyn and Mr Pandy may be about though

Lewis.

Step-dad's not interested in paying £50 for a Stand when he's only had to pay £15 for a Stand at Eglington Park shows in the past.

Thats why I've asked you to contact me! What size of stand and how many sales does he project at the show?

Well guys I may be arriving in a new car on the 13th keep your eyes open it might not be the punto at the show weejock

Just make sure it's a fiat ;) We'll have none of that other marque nonsense round here thank you very much

who am I kidding...we'll accept anyone as long as they don't have axe-murdering tendencies or perversions worse than Stuart's and Mark's - and I'm not even sure about that criterion

Yeah... Erm... Don't think there is much of a criteria other than no murders..........

Leave my perversions out of this please... the more folk that know about it and like it, the more 'normal' I will seem...

Cant have that...

Only because I have no way to dispose of the bodies since they got rid of the incinerator at work. Mind you with all the drainage ditches they're digging round here it's probably easier to lose something incriminating again...

You lot had better be nice to me at the WCR

I think normal is a long way off yet. Both the random and cupboards threads confirm this :p

Some folks will be meeting at the Kilmarnock Premier Inn/Brewers Fayre between 8:30 and 9 and then convoying in. Post code is KA1 2RS according to their sites although google maps takes you to something called the Cotton mill slightly further north so beware of that. A few of us will be in Eglinton Park early to put up the gazebo and if you're local you're more than welcome to help out if you wish. We've still to sort out times for that but probably before 9

I checked the North Ayrshire Council and Traffic Scotland websites yesterday and there's no road works planned for that area so barring accidents and emergencies we should be ok this year :)
