Just got an email back from the organiser and they charge £50 per stand, however, he has also told me that Ayrshire council are looking for £165 per stand at the show but he will get back to me if the council see's sense.

Show opens at 10 am and last year they wanted us on site by 9:30 am although some of us were earlier to set up. I would imagine it'll be the same again this year - hopefully scoop can confirm this

Gates open at 10 as per last year so will like to think that it will be 9:30AM on site, but will confirm this nearer the time when Ed gives me more details.

Lewis if you Katie & Martyn are wanting us there for 9:30, then I suggest that the Convoy leaves Brewers Fayre Killie for 9:10 at the latest.

This is less than a month away now and although the numbers are looking healthy they could look better so is anyone else up for attending?

Also, who all wants to make this a weekender? I'll be heading down on the Saturday regardless so will be happy to meet up with folks if they're in the area

Folks, some of us have been thinking about the supplies we bring along to the shows to keep you all fed and watered. There'll be the usual bbq, probably burgers & sausages, buns, condiments etc. We'll also provide juice and there should be the FS urn for tea & coffee etc depending on where I book in the night before.

Is there anything else you would like there?

Hopefully hear back today. Never got a chance to speak to her yesterday, so left a note by the rota for her.
She's quite good about giving me an early if I've got a car show on the next day.

If we need anything desperately during the show, then I can pop out in Dubster to Morrisons Stevenston as it's just up the road.

Should we do a food list like we used to for SICD??

Something along those lines yes. FS will provide the burgers, sausages, buns, condiments, tea, coffee etc but if there's something else you want to see on the bbq or snacks to keep you going before the bbq starts then post up.

The weather last year was perfect, so just hoping it stays like that this year.
