Technical 1242 Conversion

Hello all.

I haven't posted on here for a long time for some silly reasons I won't go into right now....

Basically I think my head gasket is on its way out... loosing water - brown gunk in the header tank... so I'm going to do a 1242 conversion.

Is there anything special I need to know before going ahead? Apart from the 10mm gap on the manifold (won't be a problem - will be using a punto 60 four branch).

I want!!!... Can't afford best part of £250 for the only one I've found though...
