What started as a slight hestitation on accellerating, which i thought to be E10 and long standstill due to Corona, became a very large hiccup and even threw a MILtantrum.
MES said misfire on cilinder 1, so took all coils and plugs out to examine. Nothing obviously wrong as far as I could see, so everything back in place except coil 1 and 4. Went for a drive and at first felt cured, but after a roundabout the hiccup and flashing MIL was back. As long as I accellerated carefully and kept it under 2000 rpm MIL went out and it was drivable.
Back on MES and presto: misfire on cilinder 4. Exactly what I suspected.
Now with 4 new NGK plugs and 4 new NGK coils it's back to it's usual dr Jekyll and mr Hyde character. Me happy!:D
Back on MES to clear the codes and since it started to rain all tools and me back inside where we belong.

So if you have a slight hestitation it might be a coil on it's way out.
The new ones grip the plugs a great big tighter by the way.

Mine did this on Cylinder 2. I found it with an IR thermometer. The affected exhaust stub was running cool. Swapping the coil to a different cylinder caused the cool outlet to move. New set of coils and all was happy again.
