Has anyone swapped a 1.9TD engine for a 2.8JTD? Is it even possible? I was thinking of buying a complete 2.8JTD van, that way I should have everything I need. The reason I'm even condidering this is because my 1996 Dethleffs motorhome's 1.9TD has done 170,000km and is getting a bit tired. I want to tow a trailer with my motorbike on and I'm afraid it won't get up the hills pulling the extra load, any pointers will be appreciated.
