Anythings possible but with those mods lucky if hes pushing 150bhp i would reckon. did ask him if anything else had been done though.

Nope. Sorry but that will never see 200bhp with the mods done. Even the 150bhp wozza mentioned is a bit optimistic but possible.

Where does it say it's 200bhp+

Whats standard on a 1.8, 130bhp isn't it. If his exhaust was a full performance zorst that would maybe push the standard up to what, 138bhp max. Induction kit, getting it to 142? Then a remap with surely a maximum of 20bhp ? Giving a grand total of 162 bhp and that's being as optimistic as possible.

HMMMMMM i think that mayb a little over estimated.
If i remember correctly fiat go close to 180 with their own rally series but they was highly tuned (not turbo'd but highly intern mod which is very costly and needs special care/maintainance) and not meant for the road but someone could have got hold of one or replicated one plus modded it.

i would be weary about buyin owt like that (turbo'd or not also if it doesnt have a well reconised named company) cos if it goes bang-which will be more likly to happen,it will need a specialist to work on it and to reconise wot parts had been modded/done to it.
P.s ask yourself why would they want to get rid of it? if the engine is true he could get a load of money from the engine alone-Why buy a 1.8 then pay loads to tune it when a 2ltr coupe or 2.4ltr engine would be a bette/cheaper option.

In the title.
Ah I didn't expect that :D Well if he's bold enough to include it in the title then he must know something we don't :D

You forgot about the "Racing" badge that he's stuck on it - that adds at least 100bhp :shakehead

Thats why i said around 150ish but to be honest hes probably loosing power with the k and n fitted they just end up sucking in more hot air around the engine. as do most filters which arent enclosed.

this is just shocking! although its made me laugh quite alot :)

The 1.8 has 133bhp as standard, RR statistic's shows they usually produce around 140bhp...

The K&N will zap power from it..

The exhaust will only give about 5bhp being maybe slightly more maybe less depending on the standard of the pipework?

And they remap is only 12bhp?

So if we do the maths and say hes standard unit has 133bhp + 5bhp for the exhaust and 12bhp for the remap = 150bhp

even if hes varient produces 140bhp as standard he'll only get = 157bhp

LOL! :D

EDIT:
although if he had this induction kit and ashuming hes varient produced near the 140bhp as standard he could get a 150bhp alone with the induction kit, read here: https://www.fiatforum.com/forumdisplay.php?f=19

so with this then if you add the 12bhp for the remap and 5bhp for the exhaust thats still only about = 167bhp! But would variey on each engine, like i said depend on the varient output as standard and only a RR could tell you the real BHP!

Just noticed it has a CD changer aswell, that should easily bring it above 200bhp, I reckon with that, the alloys and the racing badge it will be pushing 250bhp now

I have asked these questions:

Hi..
I have a few questions for you, were did you get the remap done? How much BHP gains did you get from this?

Is the exhaust system a full system? or catback? by full system i mean manifold and sports cat aswell?

Do you have rolling road print out to prove the power BHP that you claim aswell?

Cheers
