Technical 1.4 GT conversion on MK2

Hey i have been thinking of putting the 1.4 MK2B engine in my MK2 Sporting for a little extra umph, if i can source an engine i can get it fitted for £350 but was wondering if going for the 1.4gt would be better, has anyone done any of these conversions?

better off going for the mk2b engine mate,

the GT engine's are knocking on a bit now and will all be high mileage and have reliability issues.

It's also not as refined as the newer 16v lump.

get a T-Jet engine

Is the T-Jet 1.4 16v available in the Punto though?
