General 1.2l 8v timing belt

Hi, need some advice please.
Do you have to use the tool kit to lock the cam and crank when changing the timing belt on this car?
Have done job on my other cars and just made sure of timing marks being lined up.

yes you need tools, its not the same as other engines you have had

and probably need a phonic wheel learn doing after
