I think most of the chassis parts will be the same...
But Stilo parts are not too dear. I dunno if it's worth the trouble to spend hours of graft swapping some knacked parts with only marginally better second-hand replacements. If the replacement parts are a lot better then it's worth it.. but of they're remotely worn out, I'd save yourself the grief and fit new ones. Realistically, anything you replace "new" on the car now is never going wear out ever again, before the car goes to Boot Hill.
