lol, now that does sound like a good insurance company, only think i'd be worried about is the premium

i paid 1500 for my 03 stilo, but insured it for 3500 as this was the cheapest quote, i checkd loads of values to find the cheapest hehe

So what exactly happened?

Idiot in a renault megane infront of me decides to give way to a vehicle pulling into the main road.

So ofcourse I slowed down and whilst in 3rd started to brake and felt nothing, increased pressure on the pedal and nothing and then did an emergency stop but it was too late. Yep you guessed it I rear ended him. Air bags deployed loads of smoke.

oh and the car had passed its MOT 4 months ago at purchase because the dealer had 4 months left on it and I requested it done again.

So to cut the story short I accepted liability and to my supprise Zurich said dont woryy and they have sorted everything out for me. I was worried they would give me the current market value but they gave me £3400 that i paid for it for moths ago

The only problem is it took me about 3 months to find that car and finding another one is getting really hard. the one i've found is in london and only had one pic as well i've requested more photos and nothing yet. does anyone know where i can get another prefferably with claws on or at least blades

By the way my premium was only £400 fully comp

why not get a set of steelies from a scrappyand put them on your stilo and get the claws back?

If I take parts (ie the claws) from the knakered car they will knock off a grand when they pay out. I have seen quieta few with 18's and if everything works out the 04 has 16's that I mite upgrade to 18's (payrise u see)

does stop it going up as much but will still rise. shouldnt but it does.
