I purchased a Fiat Stilo in2003 new only to find in 2006 it starts to go wrong.
fiat said I needed a new injector 1 .
all ok 1 week later car is still the same and fiat said I needed the other 3 injectors replaced. done paid 1200€ and problem still their spoke to Fiat in spain where i live and headoffice in italy they both said that it was past its guarentt and they were not interested.
so i removed my car from fiat and had an independant test done on the car with a machine that apparently Fiat does not have....
they said that the Electronic Amplifier Unit was broken and that fiat should of found this fault. so i wrote to fiat Spain and Italy again and i am awaiting their reply. Fiat want 773€ for this part and i have been told that i can omnly purchase it from Fiat.
Is there some place i can go to officially complain aa i have driven fiats for 12 years now and had a good reletionship with them
is there anywhere else i can buy the part.
Fiat have handled this whole situation badly, the manager offered me a discount on the old repairs then did not ring me back the staff refuse to speak to me as i complained to italy and meanwhile i have a 19000€ car with 35000kms on the clock and it dont go
