I have a fiat style 2002 and while checking I found this disc behind the engine which is broken..
where can this be connected and what is it for?

Which engine have you got? Might be useful so that someone else with a Stilo and that engine could have a Quick Look, or consult a manual which shows that connector

If your car doesn't have a/c then it's probably something for the air-conditioning system. I can't think what else would need electrical wiring near the bulkhead that is optional.
