Technical CAD File of fiat stilo spare part

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a Discontinued spare part 46804422 Clutch pipe. Does anyone know, If there ist a possibility to get the CAD File of this Part?
(It consits of a pipe with two Adapters)
...with the CAD File a friend of Mine can construct the Adapters via 3D printing
