In the UK you could have a basic key built and working for €70.. as a copy of your working key

Uk FIAT dealers ask between €30 and €60

There is no fixed price

It is a printed A4 paper.. number comes from FIAT Italy

Go to a good auto locksmith. He can read the lock and plug a computer in and code the key to the car.
Easier if he had the codes but not essential.
