Photography and Imaging for example would become /photography-imaging

So any input on a name?

so its taken 2 years for it to finally be agreed? 1 poll which ended up been locked when the question was near enough the same, Fair enough it got out of hand, but obviously it was popular in 2005 and has stayed popular. On some of the threads people were saying it wasn't popular enough..

Its a shame it has to take the administrator to put a poll up to get a yes, should of done that in the first place to save all the hassel.

2 years ago we didn't have any subsections of anything at all - so back then it wasn't such a good idea, now we're a bit more lenient, besides, we can't do every suggestion everyone ever gives.

Do people still use SLR anymore, couldn't we just call it "digital imaging"? - I would say "imaging", but does that even make any sense?

Imaging would work, because you describe what's in it anyway in it's box.

Can I ask what's wrong with good old fashioned "Photography"?

Can you not call it Photography and then put in the description.... also covers photoshop etc
