hey guys im new here. i have a punto gt2 grate car but i folded down the seats the other day and heard i knocking noise from the back its not the shocks there spax rsx and only a few years old and not leaking ??]

Have you checked the clearance or the back box on the rear beam? Give the tailpipe a good wiggle and see if you hear knocking.

Secondly check the trailing arm bushes for play, and the condition of the springs (neither are cracked/broken)
