The headlights on a 1996 Punto have just gone to about 25% of their normal brightness.This has not been gradual and the full beam is OK,it is only on dipped beam.I cannot see it being the bulbs as both are the same.Is it do do with the current going to the headlights and if so why is full beam its normal brightness.

Forget it, just checked again ,no dipped beam on either-seems as if both blown at same time.
