According to the manufacturer, these are rated at a maximum of 6 amps, doing a quick search for the Alfa 916 shows that the fuse for the horn in one of those is 20amps. The fuse in a Punto for the horn is only 15 amps. However....the Alfa fuse is also for the cigarette lighter, brake lights, radio, glove box and interior lights, the Punto fuse is just for the horn. I'd say you *should* be OK with a 15 amp fuse as it is only used for the horn and the horn isn't going to be in use for minutes at a time, just the odd blast.

Currently running a stebel tm80s (high and low)

I simply made a spade terminal split loom and plugged it into the original loom and both hang off the original bracket :)

No issues at all over time
Yes horns do seize up internally with moisture and road spray but as long as its fused correctly - u shud be fine
