What parts are important to change when changing front springs? I have the springs itself and bearings but I also noticed there is this plate (part number 51857576) where the beating goes. Is it wise to change these parts also or is it enough to change only the springs and bearings?

I had a knacked shock on the front and being lazy put it into the garage to be sorted (plus i dont have a spring compressor).
The Manager of said garage is a personal friend, and basically the phone call from him informed me that the Passenger side spring had broken and that the lower arm bushes were wearing...
Car now back with 2 new springs, 2 new shocks and 2 new lower suspension arms (cheaper to replace than fit new busshes, also comes with 2 new Balljoints)..
Plates on top of the turret and all the other fittings are what was on the car before
