Now tried 4 different sets and none seem to fit properly. one set did fit the lower cushions alright but the upper was horrible.

Anyone found something that fits and isn't too lairy?

Are we talking Mk1, 2, 2b?

Also seats in the sporting/GT/HGT are different from the standard models...

I have a Mk1 60S and have some Blue/Black ones from Argos, fit like the proverbial glove...

my current employeer, the leather seat covers in Argos are ok

I tried both leather type ones from argos, 1) they smell ransid 2) the top bit of the fronts didn't fit so well, they hang off tightening it only makes it hang off even more.

BTW its a Mk1 60S with the nasty hard fabric seats. look OK from a distance but they attract stanes and rub badly (like getting carpet burns in the car ) ;-)

ChinkySXMk2 do you mean the cheaper ones from argos?? I didn't try those. Although I tried similar ones from halfords, liked the neoprane type fabric but you guessed it they didn't fit!

I'll look at the argos ones again.

I think i know the ones sinky means, there the ones about 15-20 depending when you bought them, in row 46F
