How do we remove the mk2b's Front fog light trims?

I seem to think they push out backwards which in the case of having fog lights fitted means you have to possibly remove the fog light brackets first or drop the bumper, then again having not actually done it you may be able to wiggle them out

they dont come off
the lights complete dont like coming out of the bumpers even
i guess you have the standard rusting metal ring?
i just get down and paint these matt black

well 4 hours later
I've had the trims out
they pull out from the middle then leaver out
Tease the clips via the back
The Light clusters and brackets are 3 bolts/Screws
2 at bottom
1 at the top with 99% crap access
eitherway
Had the lot out - cleaned up - painted and refitted
Wont do it again in a hurry thats for sure
So yes they seem fully removable S+B

they are only £20 new dont know why you bothered
still dont think they are meant to come apart
you shoulda just painted da rim like i sed in sitty u

I've seen a pair for £50 on ebay making them £25
but saying i had paint, sanding disc and time to spare
might as well paint them by hand in places and sprayed the mounts
Looks better then rust thats for sure
If those bulbs ever fail, im after some super bright Ring lights
