hi, i just joined becuase im looking into buying a punto gt2 - i thinks it a gt2, 1997, P reg. anyway.

the car has a slight idle problem (no suprises) it goes up and back down to normal randomly after warm but only by like 50-75 revs so it just touches 1k then back down to 900 ish, nothing major but still not perfect.

the guy im buying it off said that he changed the plugs/leeds when he got it serviced 3k miles ago. could it be something to do with the thermostat or coil pack or something much worst?
