I just want to ask is there anyone who knows where i can go and fix my head gasket in East London or North London? I have Fiat Punto Y reg, 1.2 and apparently my head gasket need to be changed. ( yes , my emergency engine management light is already on) I have been to fiat dealer and they found this problem. I was not sure is that 100% true so i went to my colleague who did compression test again and he confirmed that this is a problem. He can not do it unfortunatelly. Main dealer quoted around 800 pounds which again is a lot for me and i know it can be done in independent garage for much less. Only problem is i just do not want to go to "any" garage. Also i have no idea about how to do it by myself and i wont have time as well. Therefore , is there anyone who knows where i can fix it properly. I will appriciate any help. Thx . Dariusz

hiya mate ive just recently had my head gasket replaced and it cost me in total 633 for the enitre engine work the garage did. they had to skim the head then fit the new head gasket and also new ignition lines and cam belt plus temperature gauge

I have got my car back from garage. So far so good. i have paid 465 for head gasket and it looks like its working perfectly ok. Thanks for advice . Regards:slayer:
