Technical 16v head

Hi all, can anyone tell me if I can fit a 16v head onto an 8v block are they the same? cheers

No but you can fit 1.4 8V bottom end from Grande Punto to 1.2 8V cylinder head

Hi thats interesting but not what I had in mind, as I've got 2 1.2 8v engines. I have also located a 1.8 16v
