Hi,

First post on the forums & I'm looking for a bit of help.

I have a 2010 1.4 Punto Evo Dynamic which requires a new 15" replacement steel road wheel & I'm looking for advice on what to buy.

I've found a 15" steel wheel from a Vauxhall & I'm wondering if this would fit my Punto Evo? The specifications of Vauxhall wheel are - 15" 4 Stud Steel Spare Wheel 4x100 PCD.

Does anyone know if this wheel would fit or if not point me in the right direction as to what wheel to buy.

Thanks for any help/reply to this thread.

Hi Kev

The grande punto.. body type 199

Was a joint vrnture between GM and FCA

so the structural parts are to vauxhall pattern

Found on Corsa D. Punto 2006 to 2017
Alfa mito

Grande punto wheels should be identical

They are 4x100PCD there is an offset ET to consider also ;)

Look on shop4parts and partsworld uk
Websites to gauge pricing..

Then try
Oponeo people have found other fiat wheels great value there

Let us know what you find (y)

Thanks for your reply Charlie, I'll take a look at those websites you've listed & let you know how I get on.

May I ask what you mean by offset ET to consider?

Thanks again.

Kev

No problem :)

Offset..

Imagine you laid the rim flat on a table

Then measure up from the table to the centre flange - where you would use the 4 bolts to mount on the cars hub..

This WILL NOT be in the middle of the tyre mounting rim.. hence the 'offset'

38 and 43 are common..

If you took on your rims you should see it stamped ;) ET 43 5 1/2 J etc

Thanks for the explanation, I get what you mean now Charlie. Having checked my ET is 43 so it matters a lot to get it right.

Managed to get a 15" wheel from the scarp yard for £30 with an ET43 offset & got the car moving again.
