Hi guys,

My fiat punto evo 1.3mj 2010 recently started shaking and rattling violently when driving on a stable speed and when I clutch, when I accelerate or brake it winds down a bit but doesn't disappear totally.

Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Dual mass fly wheel out of balance is a likely cause.

If springs have given way then the mass of the flywheel can move. Any clonks or knocks when pulling away?

Nothing when I'm pulling away, it starts after I have it in a steady speed. Fx holding it at 30kmph out of my street

Does it do it when stationary? If not then is maybe an wheel balance that’s come off Get all the wheels and tyres balanced and if it still does it when parked up it it’s likely to be something like the DMF, clutch
