On the right motor these sound alrite. But i had some t**t in a 1.2 standard corsa come along side me and let out the most pathic noise i have ever heard.
I think with all rain we have been having,the poor little bugger had got water in the speaker
MJS make the kits and some of the motors do sound good. But there is a chance you could end up looking t**t if your car has'nt got a good exhaust/induction note to carry it off .

i have the induction noise to carry it off,but would rather do a gt conversion and get a real one!!

Loud exhausts for example - OK if a TVR or Aero8 or Lambo went by my house I would expect, and quite frankly relish, the loud and fruity exhaust note.
However, when some muppet in a 1.0 corsaxostranto goes by with a bean can on there arse end I can't help but feel offended that they've gone and intruded my personal earspace by jumping up their little crappy old lady's car and created a nuisance.
Plus, if the boy racers and their target market round here are any indicator, the only people to be impressed by such things, fake dumps included, are 14 year old boys and 13 year old girls.
So ask yourself - is that who you're trying to impress?
