Thought I’d do some general maintenance on the old gal. What grease or oil should be used on the sun roof mechanism and guides please ?

I guessing that a sun roof on a Panda must be quite rare then ??*??

I for sure don't have one. I'd say a small dab of white Lithium grease...
But what does the manual say?

A Panda with a skydome roof. Nice. Had one on my Grande Punto back in the day.

Lithium grease definitely as it doesn't break down. I was recommended this for the sunroof runners on my previous Smart Roadster and used it for years.

Cheers guys for the response? I’ve just popped out and got some Lithium grease. I can’t seem to find any reference in the manual so thought I’d google it! But still nothing. So thought I’d ask you guys here. Glad I did ???

If it has any rubber or nylon parts you would be better using red rubber grease as used on brake piston seals.

As far as I can see- the runners are made of plastic type material.

Red or white rubber grease is safe on plastics. Ordinary lithium grease might not be. Check with Fiat.
