Cherry & White might have the same problem as I do being over 6ft I find the passenger side mirror impossible to see anything in.

All I can see is the side of my own car :/

im still a little confused. the mirrors are adjustable so surely you just move them so they angle the direction you want?
im only 5'8" but cant see how being a few inches higher would make the mirrors face towards the car!?!?

Unfortunately there not adjustable enough :)

The larger mirrors are supposed to be much better although I haven't personally tried them

Randomly parked my girlfriend's 100hp next to another 100hp which had the bigger mirrors in asda this evening. Looked a bit odd imo but I guess if it does the trick that's all that matters

These are old car. I suspect a few will have the "wrong" mirrors fitted. The cheapest on eBay are nearly always for left hand drive. They do fit fine but the adjustment is a little off ????

There's no need to read other car's number plates, so what about these?

Hi all, I thought the same as Rich T I983 above, but the small door mirrors on my 54 plate Dynamic were just seized in place and weren't folding.

Trying to fold them was just bending the plastic housing and I was worried about breaking them, but after liberal penetrating fluid and spray grease, some gentle persuasion has got them folding again. Now I just push the mirror housing out slightly and the mirrors are fine :)

In their standard position, yes they adjust from inside the car, but between 50-100% view of my own car (for me) before this, and I did find the resulting huge blind spots a bit worrying.

On another thread someone asked if these small door mirrors do fold at all, so maybe it's common for them to seize on older cars? Maybe Koalar above is right and I have an LHD door mirror on the driver's side?

This is my first post, having had my Panda less than 1 month, and this was the only thing I didn't like about it so spent some time searching for info - now she's perfect! Hi to all other friends of the Panda, and thank you to all the mods and regular contributors for such a great forum! Happy Panda-ing!

The 100HP has electric mirrors with the same small shells (and the switch is in a daft place) but they do the job fine. Mine get folded every day when I park the car so never get chance to seize up.

Mrs Dave's car has the normal manual mirrors which only bother me because I don't adjust them - not worth the hassle for how often I drive her car.

Set them correctly and they do the job.
