Arrived today should be a doddle as it’s drive by wire , one of the things I have yearned for in those long drives so here’s hoping all goes well.

dp on petrol or diesel mines is a diesel so ap900 kit but the lads at bridgewater know there stuff so even if its petrol the will have a kit and be able to help you out.

The kit was 288 but that is everything including carriage and then 3-5 hours to fit but it is brilliant 30 miles drive last night with it running can’t believe haven’t done it sooner

I'd like to get a Panda and put cruise control in it, I had a Multipla for just over ten years and got cruise control in just after I bought it, I had it fitted in a place in South Shields for £400 and it was well worth it. I'm looking for a Panda now, probably a 1.2 petrol. The cruise control kit shown in this thread has an identical control stork to the one I had in the multipla, one thing that annoyed me about it was the way the steering wheel hid it while driving straight and I needed to move my head to peep and see it. I might try and fit one in a panda myself, I'm good with mechanical work but wiring is my weak point.

This is the <2012 section of the forum, AFAIK it was never an option so 3rd party kits are the only viable way to go.

some post 2012 cars had cruise control fitted as standard. Normally if it was an option it’s not too complicated to retro fit but you will need to post into that section of the forum, Normally just fit the parts and activate in software

I have a 2013 twinair...no cruise

My understanding is that FIAT didnt offer it on the 2012/17 500/panda

But:
The Facelift 500 got cruise as an option
( I bought a 2018 500.. for this reason)


I dont think it became an option for the panda... weird as they are VERY similar... and the tech was used to get a better Euroncap safery rating... the tech enables a 'speed limiter'

So - I took the plunge and booked my Panda Cross twinair into Conrad Anderson in Birmingham to have cruise control fitted last week. It's not a cheap job but it's not something that I could do myself. I am really pleased with the job and it looks like it has always been installed. It works...
