If your car is May 2008 or newer it'll need a type approved bar. The chances of finding one of them is nil due to the cost of type approval. The law changed due to the pedestrian unfriendliness of these bars. If your car is pre that date you can fit one, if you can find or make one.

My car is 2007 model and I'm searching for something like this

If you're doing this for a really practical reason then I'd urge you to look for one that presents minimum danger to pedestrians. If you're just thinking only of cosmetics, can I suggest you drop the idea as they can be extremely damaging, especially to children?

That would typically be described as an "A" frame not a bull bar.

Or a Supplimentary Lighting support system.

Although, I would check with your insurance.
I've had enough fun with something similar on the Land Rover.

I can't agree with you more. I' m not putting it on for cosmetic reason. I need it to support two head lights like the one in the photo, plus the electric winch. The car will be used in deserted areas, away from civilization, so all these are considered necessary.

Now that we cleared this, can some one tell me where I can find an A frame (or what ever is it's name), like that ?

No idea - I'd guess Germany (from the one in the pic) or Italy.

Batfalcon - On your name title you could add that you're in Greece, so folks don't advise you based on you driving around Kensington. Or maybe make your written English less impressive!

In the past I gather people have taken Suzuki SJ410 bars and made minor alterations to make them fit - that may have been on the 'original' 4x4 though..........

You should definitely mount a spare tyres and some shovels on the roof though and spray it with fake mud. I had a model Fulvia like that years ago.

Also - traditional in the UK for 4x4 owners is to have a sticker on the back saying "One life, live it". They usually still live their mum's. Cos of the insurance costs.

As far as the country, there, I 've fixed it.
My English, impressive???
The rest of your post is kind of ironic, or is it my idea?

Looking for site to purchase a bull bar or (A frame) for the front bumper of my 4X4. Has anyone met this on the web?

Thank you both.

P.S. The Arrigoni4X4 carries them, but it's not as tall as I want, plus it's too expensive.

Thanks anyway,
