My brand-new Panda Eleganza has a mulitfunctional display (reconfigurable) which shows day, date, and time. Currently it is reading one day ahead of reality - e.g. Wednesday instead of Tuesday. The display controls allow me to change the date, year and time, but not the day. Any help would be appreciated. My local Fiat dealer hasn't a clue what to do.

A brand new mk2/mk2b punto? **edit* oops just saw its a panda, mate you need to post this in the panda section of the forum.

have you tried making the time go back more than 24 hours. (i.e. as if your changing the time, but keep going and see if the day changes as you go back over 24 hours)

Good idea, the wrong year could throw it out by a day! (y)
Yeah that's what I thought, although isn't it a leap year this year? Actually it doesn't matter. If the display is reading Wednesday instead of Tuesday then it would be a year ahead.

@ Anthony Renshaw: check the date year is 2008 not 2009! Btw, I'm not suggesting you're a retard and don't know what year it is, just I've lost count of the amount of times I've written down or set the wrong year for stuff for no reason at all! And if it is something as simple as that, I can almost guarantee the dealer would realise but still charge you.
